Ao abrigo do disposto no artigo 44.º e seguintes do Código do Procedimento Administrativo, do n.º 2 do artigo 9.º da Lei n.º 2/2004, de 15 de janeiro, na sua atual redação, aplicada à Região Autónoma dos Açores com as adaptações e especificidades introduzidas pelo Decreto Legislativo Regional n.º 2/2005/A, de 9 de maio, na sua atual redação, bem como da alínea e) do n.º 1 do artigo 18.º do Decreto Regulamentar Regional n.º 5/2020/A, de 14 de fevereiro, delego:
1 - No Diretor de Serviços do Trabalho, licenciado Renato Francisco Martins Lopes Almeida Medeiros, as competências para:
a) Proceder ao depósito e publicação das convenções coletivas de trabalho, decisões arbitrais e acordos de adesão;
b) Proceder ao registo dos estatutos das organizações representativas de trabalhadores e empregadores e praticar os atos legalmente cometidos à Administração no que respeita à constituição e funcionamento dessas associações e das comissões de trabalhadores;
c) Exercer a intervenção conciliatória e de mediação que lhe seja solicitada nos termos da lei;
d) Praticar os atos inerentes aos contratos de trabalho de cidadãos estrangeiros;
e) Apreciar os pedidos e conceder as autorizações no âmbito das atribuições laborais da Direção...
